Daily workouts are so important, but one common misconception is that a workout isn’t beneficial unless it’s at least 30 min to an hour long. I believed this for the longest time, and would actually skip some workout days because I didn’t think I had enough time. The truth is, even just 10 minutes a day can be so beneficial. It’s a great way to wake yourself up in the slump of your day, and get those brain juices flowing again! I do this a lot during my work day.
