Doug has spent over 30 years consulting with businesses, with over 20 of it focused on benefits, HR compliance, and the employee / employer relationship. His range of experience includes everything from small organizations up to firms with thousands of employees. Doug also spent a total of 17 years with ADP, in their PEO, and HR/Payroll divisions, and a number of years advising on, and implementing, mid-market ERP solutions.

Jennifer brings over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, and now enjoys helping businesses build a company culture that attracts and retains the best employees by providing the best benefits. She also has experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, as a buyer/ planner.
