I’ve worked in a few kitchens, and I almost exclusively prepare all of the meals for my family. That being said, these are some great tips regarding how to use salt when cooking! One thing to really take away from this article, at least in my opinion, is that most foods that we buy pre-made or processed are over-salted. Too much salt in your daily diet can lead to so many issues like heart disease, stroke, and kidney disease. You can always add salt, but you can’t take away!
