‘Accountability’ isn’t a 4-letter word, but ‘fail’ is

I really enjoyed this article. Like the author points out in the beginning, when I first read ‘accountability,’ I did cringe a bit because I do associate that word with a scenario that something has gone wrong. In reality, accountability is such an important tool in building a strong company culture. Assigning accountability to each and every employee in a company, and providing an outline of some sort, showing that employee how they fit in in the grand scheme of things, shows your employees that they do matter, and their success feeds directly into the success of the company as a whole. Does your company require you to be accountable?
