Best Enchilada Red Sauce Recipe

Enchiladas are definitely in my top 5 for favorite dishes, and by far, cheese enchiladas are my go-to. I have tried so many red sauces, and I have to say this one is the best one I’ve made. It even beats most restaurants! My kiddos definitely approve, and that is no easy achievement!
