I love these kinds of articles, because I’m the kind of person that likes to keep it simple, and also have an idea of what is most important. I take a multivitamin, but outside of that, it seems like there are about a million other supplements out there, and it’s hard to know what you need, and what is “extra credit.” This one narrows it down to what you may be deficient of, outside of a daily multi-vitamin. Great information!
