Kids are facing a mental health crisis. What can employers do to help?

This article speaks volumes. Through the pandemic we have heard about how businesses have suffered, our day to day lives have been interrupted, financial impacts, shortages, and so much more. What I rarely see any focus on is our children, and how they have been affected. We as adults are able to see that light at the end of the tunnel, and know that we will get through most any situation that is thrown at us. Children aren’t able to do this. They don’t have the capacity. This article outlines and discusses these problems that have been overlooked and what we can do to fix them.
