Anybody remember My Fit Foods? This was absolutely, beyond a shadow of a doubt, the BEST fresh, healthy, portioned meals that all you had to do was heat up to eat, available, at least in my opinion. I had many favorites that I would pick up weekly, but my all-time favorite was the spicy lemon turkey with a side of asparagus. Oh my goodness, amazing, and so good for you! I have found the recipe, and will be preparing a big batch tomorrow to put in my handy-dandy pre portioned containers. Mama of four y'all - I’m all about that healthy, clean eating meal prepping!
