Did you know that the quit rate percentage in the hospitality industry was 6.4% back in September? That is more than double the national average. One of the reasons that hospitality is struggling goes back to the beginning of Covid. So many employees were laid off due to hours being cut and store closings. The sting of these events caused many workers to seek out new industries that possibly offered higher pay, and most likely, better benefits.
