Disclaimer - I have not actually tried this myself yet, although I added the ingredients to my grocery list for this week. As I’ve said before in other posts, this summer heat literally prevents me from eating heavy meals. I just can’t do it. My daughter and I have been exploring smoothies and snack-like meals versus the traditional, heavier meal ideas, and I just had to add this one to the list. Doesn’t it look amazing?? Packed with so many nutrients and vitamins, too!
