Why 17% of employees don’t participate in 401(k) plans

Seems like the main reason that employees don’t participate in a 401K plan, or really any other benefit program, is lack of communication. This is alarming! HR needs to spend that extra time insuring that their employees understand these vital programs, and not just pass out pamphlets and email videos. The time is NOW to start saving for the future!
