Getting out of bed in the morning has never been easy for me. My mom and dad will vouch for that as they were forced to come up with creative ways to get me out of the bed and to school in the morning. Unfortunately, this has also carried over into my adult life until recently! I love these Rise and Shine workouts, and the great thing about this one is that you do it before your foot even hits the floor!
