These 8 Downward Dog Variations Make the Yoga Pose Work for Your Body and Needs

Downward dog is one of my favorite yoga poses. It really gets the blood flowing and stimulates the energy levels in my body. Working from home and sitting at a computer all day has its challenges for sure - like keeping your focus and not giving in to the desire to take a nap. I love taking breaks with my 4 year old, and doing a little yoga, and breathing exercises with him. It’s a great pick me up, and definitely helps keep the focus!
