Glimmers Are the (Unofficial) Opposite of Triggers: How Keeping a Log Affected My Mental Health

I am so intrigued by the idea of keeping track of our glimmers. Most of us know what triggers us, and we try our best to avoid those situations, but do we really keep track and take note of the small things that give us hope and make us feel safe? A glimmer journal is a pretty cool idea in my opinion, and a great way to acknowledge the brightness in your day!
