How Bad Is It Really to Use White Noise for Sleep?

Anybody else out there use white noise to help them sleep? I use a fan turned away from me, because as much as I love the soothing hum of the fan, I can’t stand all that air blowing on me. LOL Check out this article for more information on white noise!
