I’m first and foremost a runner, mainly because it’s what I know. Long distance running goes way back in my family, and I have been running since I was in the 5th grade. I’ve been wanting to incorporate other types of workouts in my routine, but where do I fit them in? Can I do both? Can I do both in the same day, or just one a day?
