This sounds completely random, I know, but this there are lots of strategies and methods in this article to overcoming the fear of heights that can also be applied to overcome other phobias as well! Like all things, there is a process to overcome anything in our lives that brings on stress and anxiety. It is important to take steps that not only get you out of your comfort zone, but very gradual, and at YOUR pace. As I progress in my own personal therapy, I found this article very interesting and helpful.
