Should You Weigh Yourself Every Day?

As mentioned in previous posts, I have experience abnormal weight gain due to a traumatic event. This has, in turn, formed an unhealthy relationship with my bathroom scale. I have found that I have not only been weighing myself daily, but also multiple times a day! This is coming from a person that really only stepped on a scale at the yearly doctor visit. This article really puts the numbers on the scale in perspective, and that there is much more to healthy living than that fluctuating number.
