I love a good cup of hot tea before bedtime or just to destress. One of my favorites is pretty basic - just a mint herbal tea. Sometimes I add a little bit of peach tea to it as well. Here are some teas with the ability to relieve stress and anxiety! I’m definitely adding a few of these to my shopping list this week.
