What a great article! I swear food shaming has become the norm in our society today. Whether it be a cookie, or even a milkshake, sometimes we have been conditioned to look at some foods as “bad” and others as “good.” Unfortunately, this way of thinking can lead to creating a huge list of “bad” foods in your mind, and can take all of the enjoyment out of eating. Mindset is everything, and learning how to pivot is essential to healthy living!
